Kevin Sparshott - Head Chaperone
Kevin is our Head Chaperone, bringing over 10 years of experience working across photoshoots, TV commercials, dramas, children’s programmes, theatre, and advertising campaigns. He supports children and young people from 2 weeks old up to 18 years, with projects spanning the UK and some overseas, including residential work.
Notable credits include Napoleon, Doctor Who, Junior Bake Off, Jet2, and Devil’s Hour.
Kevin is known for his youthful energy and natural connection with children—often mistaken for one himself! A safe and trusted pair of eyes on set, he is passionate about creating inclusive and positive experiences for every child in his care.
Fran Clarke

With over 14 years of experience as a Head Chaperone, Professional Chaperone, House Mother, and in supporting vulnerable adults, Fran has worked extensively across theatre, film, television, and photoshoots. Her career also includes supporting high-profile royal and VIP events.
Fran is highly experienced in managing productions involving large teams of chaperones. She holds Safeguarding Levels 1, 2, and 3, is First Aid trained, and has specialist training in neurodiversity.
She remains calm and level-headed in all situations, including emergency evacuations. Fran understands that while a child’s wellbeing is always the top priority, close collaboration with the production team is essential for a successful and efficient shoot.
Fran believes that every child actor should enjoy their time on set, and she takes pride in ensuring the day runs both smoothly and happily.
Fiona Hallinan

Fiona has been a professional chaperone for nearly 10 years, working across a wide range of productions—from local theatre and dance companies to commercials, TV, photo shoots, music videos, and major feature films. Her credits include Matilda the Musical Movie and Anatomy of a Scandal, as well as high-profile productions such as Call the Midwife, Bridgerton, The Crown, Heartstopper, The Larkins, James Bond: No Time to Die, What’s Love Got to Do With It?, Wicked, My Mother’s Wedding, Downton Abbey, and numerous Disney projects.
Fiona is dedicated to ensuring the welfare of the children in her care remains paramount at all times. Whether working independently or as part of a larger team, she understands the importance of collaborating with production teams and directors to achieve the best possible outcome for both the children and the production.
She has extensive experience working with children of all ages, from newborns to 18-year-olds, and consistently receives glowing feedback from both parents and production companies. Her professionalism, knowledge, and calm, reassuring presence have led to many repeat bookings.
Fiona thrives on the challenge of maintaining a safe, positive environment for children while supporting the smooth running of any production.
Aaron Blackmon

Aaron brings over 20 years of experience working with children, beginning in youth work and spending the last decade as a dedicated chaperone. He is passionate about supporting young people in the entertainment industry, with a strong focus on children’s mental health and wellbeing.
His screen credits include Firebrand, Matilda the Musical, Christmas Karma, and The Voice Kids. In theatre, Aaron has served as Head Chaperone on Manhunt, Your Lie In April The Musical, and The Great British Bake Off Musical; Deputy Head Chaperone on Matilda The Musical; and Chaperone/House Parent on The Parent Agency Musical.
When he’s not on set or backstage, Aaron enjoys writing children’s books, building LEGO masterpieces, and sipping good coffee.
